With more than 30 years of experience in petroleum, petrochemical, and gas conversion research issues, Seddon holds a B.Sc. Special Hons. (First Class) and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Sheffield, U.K.; is a Personal Fellow of the Science Research Council at Imperial College, London; a Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute; and member of the Australian Institute of Energy and Society of Petroleum Engineers. He served as a member of the Biological Committee of the AusIndustry START program, and has more than 100 publications including refereed papers, patents, conference papers, and general articles.
