This collection contains papers presented at the annual International Scientific Applied Conference "Problems of Emergency Situations" is organized by the National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine (Ukraine, Kharkiv). The purpose of the conference was to discuss issues related to the problems and prospects of the introduction of the latest developments in the sphere of materials and technologies aimed at preventing emergencies of industrial and civil facilities and minimizing their consequences for the goal of the civil safety.
