Currently the Director of Strategy and Enterprise Architecture for the State of Connecticut, Tom also teaches IT at the graduate level. He holds degrees from Georgetown, Quinnipiac, and Fairfield University, along with certifications in cloud computing, IT service management, and enterprise architecture.
