Kibret Mequanint, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering at Western University, Canada. Addisu Alemayehu Assegie, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Bahir Dar University. His research interests involve advanced materials and technologies for energy storage and conversion devices, lithium-ion batteries, anode-free lithium metal battery, electrolyte additives, anode surface modification, and new systems. His current research focuses on natural product extraction, isolation and characterization, organic synthesis, and chemical analysis of food.
