Saqib Saeed is an assistant professor at the Computer Information System department at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. He has a Ph.D. in Information Systems from University of Siegen, Germany, and a Masters degree in Software Technology from Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He is also a certified software quality engineer from American Society of Quality. His research interests lie in the areas of human-centered computing, computer supported cooperative work, empirical software engineering and ICT4D. Izzat Alsmadi obtained his Ph.D degree in software engineering from NDSU (USA) and his second master in software engineering from NDSU (USA) and his first master in CIS from University of Phoenix (USA). He had a B.Sc degree in telecommunication engineering from Mutah University in Jordan. He has several published books, journals, and conference articles largely in software engineering and information retrieval fields.
