Narasimha Rao Vajjhala currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at the University of New York Tirana in Albania. He previously held the position of Chair for the Computer Science and Software Engineering programs at the American University of Nigeria. Dr. Vajjhala is a senior member of both the ACM and IEEE. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM) and a member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). With over 23 years of experience, Dr. Vajjhala has taught programming and database-related courses across Europe and Africa at both graduate and undergraduate levels. He has also worked as a consultant for technology firms in Europe and participated in EU-funded projects. Dr. Vajjhala holds a Doctorate in Information Systems and Technology from the United States, a Master of Science in Computer Science and Applications from India, and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Information Systems from Switzerland.
Sanjiban Sekhar Roy is a professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). He has published approximately ten books with esteemed international publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, and IGI Global, showcasing his expertise in the field. Professor Roy has also published articles in high-impact journals, delivered keynote speeches at flagship conferences, and edited special issues in reputed journals. During his master's program, Dr. Roy completed a nine-month research internship at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, further enhancing his academic credentials. He is GATE exam qualified and has guided a Ph.D. scholar, reflecting his dedication to research and education. Dr. Roy's contributions to academic research were recognized with the "Diploma of Excellence" award in 2019 from the Ministry of National Education, Romania, and "Aurel Vlaicu" University Arad, Faculty of Engineers, Romania. His research interests focus on machine learning and deep learning applications, including deep convolutional networks and generative AI, as well as large language models (LLMs) for imaging and other engineering domains. Burak TAŞCI is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and received a BS, MS, and PhD from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at the University of Firat of Turkey in 2007, 2015, and 2021, respectively. He is an associate professor at the Vocational School of Technical Sciences at the University of Firat in Turkey. His research interests include machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, and embedded systems.
Muhammad E. H. Chowdhury, who earned his Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham, U.K., in 2014, is now an Assistant Professor and program coordinator at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Qatar University. His impressive academic journey includes eight patents and a substantial body of work, with over 180 peer-reviewed journal articles, 30+ conference papers, 15 book chapters, and two edited books. His current research interests, which are at the forefront of the field, include biomedical instrumentation, signal processing, wearable sensors, medical image analysis, machine learning, and computer vision. He has been listed among the top 2% of scientists on the World List published by Stanford University.
