Pethuru Raj PhD works as chief architect and vice president of site reliability engineering (SRE) division of Reliance Jio Infocomm. Ltd. Bangalore. Previously he worked as a cloud infrastructure architect in the IBM Global Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE), Bangalore. He worked as a TOGAF-certified enterprise architecture (EA) consultant in Wipro Consulting Services (WCS) Division and as a lead architect in the corporate research (CR) division of Robert Bosch, India. He has gained more than 18 years of IT industry experience.
He finished the CSIR-sponsored PhD degree in Anna University, Chennai and continued the UGC-sponsored postdoctoral research in the department of Computer Science and Automation, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Thereafter, he was granted a couple of international research fellowships (JSPS and JST) to work as a research scientist for 3.5 years in two leading Japanese universities. He has authored and edited 18 books thus far and he focuses on some of the emerging technologies such as Containerized Clouds; Big, Fast, and Streaming Data Analytics; Microservices architecture (MSA); Machine and Deep Learning Algorithms; Blockchain Technology; The Internet of Things; and Edge Computing. He has published more than 30 research papers in peer-reviewed journals such as IEEE, ACM, Springer-Verlag, Inderscience, etc. Professor Muthu Ramachandran is currently a Cybersecurity, AI, and Blockchain Research Consultant at Forti5 Technologies, UK and a Professor Extraordinarius at University of South Africa (UNISA). Muthu is a certified IASME CE, ICA, IoT Cyber & IoT Assurance. Muthu is also an Editorial Board at Blockchain in Healthcare Today (BHTY, USA) and International Journal of Organizational and Collective Intelligence (IJOCI). Muthu has also been awarded as Top Blockchain Voices by LinkedIn. Previously, Muthu was a visiting Professor at Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, India and at University of Southampton. Muthu has 35+ years of experiences in teaching & research in both academia and in industrial settings. Muthu was also an Associate Professor in the School of Built Environment, Engineering, and Computing at Leeds Beckett University in the UK for 18 years. Prior to his academic career, he spent nearly eight years in industrial research with Philips Research Labs, Volantis Systems Ltd, Surrey, UK, and at DRDO, Hyderabad, India as a Senior Scientist working on real-time systems, software architecture, reuse, and testing. Currently, Muthu has established several Software Engineering Frameworks: Software Security Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, AI Ethics and Quality, IoT SE, Cloud SE, Blockchain in Healthcare, etc.
Muthu has authored and co-authored numerous books, book chapters, journal articles, and conference papers, with significant contributions to the fields of computer science, software engineering, service computing, Agile SE, and Cloud software engineering. He is a recognized senior member of IEEE and ACM, a Fellow of BCS, and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE. Muthu has chaired and delivered keynote speeches at several conferences and workshops, including SE-CLOUD, SECE 2020 (IEEE COMPSAC), IoTBDS, DSC 2019-2022, and Complexis. He has actively participated in research projects across various domains of systems & software engineering, SPI for SMEs, emergency and disaster management systems, software components and architectures, software security engineering, and cloud computing. S. Usha, is currently working as a Professor and research head, CSE, RRCE with an experience of 26 years. Graduated from Manonmanium Sundaranar University, in Computer Science and Engineering during the year 1998. She obtained her Master degree in Computer Science and Engineering and PhD degree from Sathyabama university in the area of Mobile Ad Hoc Networks in the year 2013. She has 80+publications in International and National conferences, 50+ publication in national journal and international journals in the area of Mobile Ad hoc Networks ,cloud computing and wireless security. Most of the publications are having impact factor citied in SCI, google scholar,scopus (h index and i10index), Microsoft etc.. Received fund from AICTE under NCP scheme ,MODROBS ,TGS MSME,NaaVic agri incubation, SERB(DST). Received best teacher award from Lions club in the year 2010&2012.Received best paper award in many conferences. Susila is currently working as Professor, Information Technology and Controller of Examinations of Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology with a total experience of 23 years. She has completed her Masters Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology in the year 2005 as a 9th Rank Holder. She has completed her Ph.D. in the field of Information and Communication Engineering in the area of Cloud Computing in the year 2017. She has published various papers in International Journals and Conferences. She has submitted various project proposals under various schemes of DST STI Hub, FITST, SATYAM, SERB, AQIS (AICTE), WOS, WTP and TIDE. She has published 4 patents. She is an Innovation Ambassador of Institution Innovation Council, Ministry of Education and a NITTTR mentor. She has received various awards and to name a few, National Cloud Champion Coordinator by AWS Educate, National Winner Coordinator, Learnathon, Best Coordinator, Skill Edge Technological Foundation Courses. Asari is a Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Ohio Research Scholars Endowed Chair in Wide Area Surveillance at the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio, USA. He is the director of the Center of Excellence for Computational Intelligence and Machine Vision (Vision Lab) at UD. Dr. Asari received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 1994. Prior to joining UD in February 2010, Dr. Asari worked as Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia for 10 years. Dr. Asari holds five patents and has published more than 700 research papers including 140 peer-reviewed journal articles in the areas of image processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning, neural networks and high performance embedded systems. Dr. Asari has supervised 32 PhD dissertations and 50 MS theses in electrical and computer engineering. Currently several Masters and Doctoral level graduate students are working with him. Dr. Asari received several awards for teaching, research, advising and technical leadership including the University of Dayton, School of Engineering Vision Award for Excellence in August 2017, the Sigma Xi George B. Noland Award for Outstanding Research in April 2016, and the Outstanding Engineers and Scientists Award for Technical Leadership from the Affiliate Societies Council of Dayton in April 2015. He is an elected Fellow of SPIE and a Senior Member of IEEE, and is a co-organizer of several SPIE and IEEE conferences and workshops.
