"No one is brave all the time. What I loved in this book is that both characters had their time to be bold and courageous and anxious and apprehensive. They both managed their feelings and supported each other like good friends. They both left space for each other to be who they were and ask for what they needed.
This would be a great group read and an excellent addition to school, classroom, and personal libraries. The illustrations are fun and engaging and this story will be very relatable for young readers. There could be lots of great conversations about when we feel brave and when we feel scared." - BookWorks
"A cute story about 2 pigs that go out of their comfort zones. It shows how friends can support each other in scary times, and help each other do hard things." - Medicine hat public library
"This delightful picture book shows how two friends can be opposites, but still compliment each others. Adorable illustrations, a lesson in bravery/trust, and easy to follow text make this one a winner." - Delphos Public Library
