She has written an array of stories in prose and rhyme and loves working on books for young children that will hopefully inspire a love for reading. Her favourite things include building Lego with her two sons, muddy walks with her Labrador and digging in the garden. Kamala Nair grew up in Kerala, India surrounded by exotic wildlife, stunning beaches, lush green hills, and turquoise backwaters. She is a professional architect and children's book illustrator. Her works are inspired by a harmonious blend of nature and architecture.
