Stephen Davies (Author)
Stephen Davies writes picture books, chapter books, young adult novels, TV tie-ins and educational books. Many of his books are set in West Africa on the edge of the Sahara Desert, where he lived and worked for thirteen years.
His first book Sophie and the Albino Camel won the Glen Dimplex Prize for best debut children's book. Since then he has written more than twenty books, including a series of six Hilda novels to accompany the popular Netflix animation. His most recent book, The Ancient Egypt Sleepover, will be published in January 2022.
Núria Tamarit (Illustrator)
Núria Tamarit is an illustrator and comic artist based in Valencia, Spain.
Some of her latest books are Dos Monedas (La Cúpula Ediciones), Géante (Delcourt), Le conte du Genévrier (Les Aventuriers de L'Étrange) and Season of the Witch (Nobrow). Her work has been featured in international magazines such as Planadviser, Voltio, Fierro, Save our Souls or Nobrow 10.
Some of her clients have been Usborne Publishing, El Mundo, Santillana, GVA and Google. She teaches Illustration in her spare time.
