Carmen Gil is an award-winning author of more then 80 books. She lives and works in Spain, and been included in the White Raven list in 2009.The award-winning illustrator Silvia Álvarez was born in the tropical coastal city of La Ceiba, Honduras, by a Honduran father and a Spanish mother. At the age of seven she moved to Spain now living in Seville where she graduated in Fine Arts.

La galardonada ilustradora Silivia Álvarez nació en la ciudad costera tropical de La Ceiba, Honduras, de padre hondureño y madre española. A los siete años se trasladó a España viviendo ahora en Sevilla donde se licenció en Bellas Artes.
