Joanna Nadin is the author of the bestselling Rachel Riley series for teenagers. She was nominated for the 2012 Queen of Teen award, in the company of Maureen Johnson and Cathy Cassidy. She was also shortlisted for the award in 2008 and 2010. Joanna has written many award-winning books for younger children, including the Penny Dreadful series, as well as Undertow (9781406353181) and Wonderland (9781406352580) for Walker. A former special adviser to the prime minister, she also freelances as a government speechwriter. Joanna lives in Bath with her daughter, Millie.
