Pippa Goodhart completed a history degree and then trained as a teacher before becoming a children’s bookseller at Heffers in Cambridge. Her first book was published in 1994 and she is now a full-time author with over 90 books published including the award-winning picture book You Choose which has sold over a million copies. She also writes the Winnie the Witch storybooks under the pen name of Laura Owen. She has three daughters and now lives in Cambridge with her husband.
