Robert Bernstein was a writer of comics and plays whose work for DC includes AQUAMAN and SUPERMAN, along with the jungle adventures of Congorilla and numerous war stories. For Marvel, he wrote the adventures of Thor in Journey into Mystery, Iron Man in Tales of Suspense and the Human Torch in Strange Tales. For publisher Lev Gleason he wrotes stories for the hit series Crime Does Not Pay.
