Michele A. Paludi is Principal of Paludi & Associates, Consultants in Sexual Harassment. She is the editor of Ivory Power: Sexual Harassment on Campus and Sexual Harassment on College Campuses: Abusing the Ivory Power, author of Exploring/Teaching the Psychology of Women: A Manual of Resources, 2nd Edition; and she is coauthor (with James N.
