"A Reasonable Public Servant provides an incisive account of the value of constitutional theory to public employment. The authors impeccably weave together three bodies of literature - public administration, public personnel, and public management - to create a portrait of a judicious public servant, one who places the best interests of the public over and above such competing interests as efficiency and effectiveness." - Norma M. Riccucci, Rutgers University "This serious study contributes substantially to what Larry Terry calls the 'school' of constitutional thought within the field of public administration. The emphasis on 'reasonableness' sets just the right tone. My congratulations to Yong Lee and David Rosenbloom on this excellent book." - John A. Rohr, Virginia Polytechnic Institute"
