Dr Munir Ahmad obtained his PhD in Statistics in the USA. He is the Founding President and Patron of the Islamic Countries Society of Statistical Sciences (ISOSS), Lahore, Pakistan; Chief Editor of the Pakistan Journal of Statistics (PJS); Rector of the National College of Business Administration and Economics (NCBA&E); and author of more than 200 research articles and 28 books.Dr Muhammad Hanif, PhD in Statistics, is Professor at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and Editor of the Pakistan Journal of Statistics (PJS). He has more than 150 publications, four books and one monograph on his credit.Dr Hassen A. Muttlak obtained his PhD in Statistics in the USA and is Professor of Statistics at King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahrah, Saudi Arabia. He is a member of many statistical societies. His one of the major areas is Ranked Set Sampling and has a large number of research publications.
