Sara Arezki is an associate professor, Ph.D., at the University Hassan First and a visiting professor at several Moroccan universities and schools. She is also a computer science engineer from University Mohamad V-National School of Informatics and System Analysis in Rabat. She started her professional career as an IT project manager in a finance sector and then in several other sectors (EDtech, Fintech, etc.). She is an expert in implementing quality projects using referentials and norms (CobiT, CMMI, Cobit, ITIL and ISO 27001, etc.) in public and private sectors. She has served and continues to serve on technical program and organizer committees of several conferences and events. Pr. Arezki leads several projects related to smart cities such as smart citizen, smart parking, and smart waste management. Pr. Arezki is also a startup coach and mentor.

Dr. Mariya Ouaissa is currently a professor in Cybersecurity and Networks at Faculty of Sciences Semlalia, Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakech, Morocco. She is a Ph.D. graduated in 2019 in Computer Science and Networks, at the Laboratory of Modelization of Mathematics and Computer Science from ENSAM-Moulay Ismail University, Meknes, Morocco. She is a Networks and Telecoms engineer, who graduated in 2013 from National School of Applied Sciences Khouribga, Morocco. She is a co-founder and IT consultant at IT Support and Consulting Center. She was working for School of Technology of Meknes Morocco as a visiting professor from 2013 to 2021. She is a member of the International Association of Engineers and International Association of Online Engineering, and since 2021, she has been an "ACM Professional member."

Dr. Mariyam Ouaissa is currently an assistant professor in Networks and Systems at ENSA, Chouaib Doukkali University, El Jadida, Morocco. She received her Ph.D. degree in 2019 from National Graduate School of Arts and Crafts, Meknes, Morocco, and her Engineering Degree in 2013 from the National School of Applied Sciences, Khouribga, Morocco. She is a communication and networking researcher and practitioner with industry and academic experience. Dr. Ouaissa's research is multidisciplinary that focuses on Internet of things, M2M, WSN, vehicular communications and cellular networks, security networks, congestion overload problems, and the resource allocation management and access control. She is serving as a reviewer for international journals and conferences including IEEE Access, Wireless Communications, and Mobile Computing. Since 2020, she has been a member of "International Association of Engineers IAENG" and "International Association of Online Engineering," and since 2021, she has been an "ACM Professional member."

Moez Krichen obtained his Ability to Conduct Researches (HDR) in Computer Science from the University of Sfax (Sfax, Tunisia) in 2018. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2007. He is currently an associate professor at the University of Al-Baha (KSA) and a member of the Research Laboratory on Development and Control of Distributed Applications—REDCAD (Sfax, Tunisia). His main research interest is model-based conformance/load/security testing methodologies for real-time, distributed, and dynamically adaptable systems. Moreover, he works on applying formal methods to several modern technologies like smart cities, Internet of things (IoT), smart vehicles, drones, healthcare systems, etc. Currently, he is also working on Formal Aspects related to deep learning, data mining, blockchain, smart contracts and optimization.

Anand Nayyar received Ph.D. (Computer Science) from Desh Bhagat University in 2017 in the area of wireless sensor networks and swarm intelligence. He is currently working at School of Computer Science-Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam as an assistant professor, scientist, vice-chairman (Research) and director of IoT and Intelligent Systems Lab. He is acting as an editor-in-chief of IGI-Global, USA Journal titled “International Journal of Smart Vehicles and Smart Transportation (IJSVST).” He has reviewed more than 1600+ articles for various Web of Science Indexed Journals. He is currently researching in the areas of wireless sensor networks, IoT, swarm intelligence, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, drones, blockchain, cybersecurity, network simulation, and wireless communications.
