Shabahat Husain is a Professor of Library and Information Science who has held the positions of Chairman, Dean, and University Librarian at Aligarh Muslim University, India and has also served as the President of the Indian Library Association over his 40 years of service. A regular contributor to international conferences and workshops, Shabahat is the founding editor of the 'Collnet Journal of Scientometrics and Information Management' (Taylor & Francis).

Jean-Louis Ermine is Professor Emeritus at Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, Université Paris-Saclay, France. Author of 8 books and more than a hundred peer-reviewed articles, Jean-Louis is also founder Honorary President of the ‘French Knowledge Management Club’, President of ‘French Academic Association for KM’, was a part of the French delegation for ISO on Knowledge Management (2018/19) and has served as an expert consultant in Business Knowledge Management both in France and abroad.
