From the reviews:
“The book provides a comprehensive view of sustainable HRM in developing sustainable business organisations. … This book is a very important milestone in both conceptualisation and implementation of Sustainable HRM. The book is a starting point that caters to both academicians and practitioners in going beyond the triple bottom-line and addressing the human side of sustainability. With research findings and case examples, the book is an excellent material that provides various frameworks and concepts for implementing sustainable HRM and hence, highly recommended.” (NHRD Network Journal, Vol. 6 (4), 2013)
