There are no promises that a training session will be a success. In fact, there most certainly will be some friction between a trainer and a client. However, you can improve the chances for a positive interaction by ensuring that the expectations of your client and the training you plan are in alignment. Open communication and confirmation in writing will help both sides understand what is expected and what will be delivered.
