The Four Vs are the cornerstones of both our work and personal lives. Vision: Who do we want to be? What are our essential characteristics and how do we want to develop this vision of ourselves in our work, in our family and in our community? Values: What are the values that shape and drive us? How can we harness our values to help our own fulfilment and the wellbeing of those around us? How do we ensure our values are our biggest assets and not our worst liability? Value-Added: What are our unique strengths? How can we develop them and use them to the best effect? How can we add value in a wider range of different situations? Vitality: What is at the heart of what gives us energy? How can we grow this energy and extend it into different areas of our lives? Peter Shaw provides a framework to help you grow and make a step change through reflection on what success is and the nature of courage and calmness. Be ready to be challenged and surprised.
