Katherine Stannett is based in West Sussex, England and is an author with over twenty years of experience in editing, writing and developing materials to teach English. She specialises in writing for children and teenagers at all levels and is particularly interested in the development of 21st century skills. She is an author of National Geographic Learning’s Look, a seven-level series for young learners of English, and Impact, a five-level series for teenage learners of English. Ingrid Wisniewska studied modern languages and philosophy at Oxford University. She holds an MA in English language teaching and a PhD in language teacher education from the University of Southampton. She has taught English and trained teachers in Japan, the Czech Republic, the UK and the US. She is the author of several books for students and teachers of English, including Learning One-to-One and Vocabulary and Grammar Practice for the TOEFL Test.
