British actor Murray Melvin joined the late Joan Littlewood’s Theatre Workshop Company at the Theatre Royal Stratford East in the mid-1950s, when he was still a drama student. He has a long career in theatre and film. Murray currently works as the archivist at the Theatre Royal Stratford East.
