FRANK SCHMALLEGER is currently the Director of the Justice Research Association in Hilton Head Island, S.C. He was formerly a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Sociology, Social Work, and Criminal Justice at Pembroke State University. His previous work for Greenwood was Criminal Justice Ethics: An Annotated Bibliography and Research Guide (1991).
