Antonella Versaci is Associate Professor in Architectural Conservation at Kore University of Enna, Italy. She holds a PhD degree in Architecture from the University of Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint Denis and is a associate researcher at IPRAUS, the research laboratory of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Paris-Belleville, France. Her research and teaching activities are focused on the preservation and enhancement of cultural heritage and landscape. She is the author of over 200 peer-reviewed publications.

Vincenzo P. Bagnato is architect, PhD in Architectural Design at the Polytechnic University of Cataluña and Associate Professor of Industrial Design at the Polytechnic of Bari, Department of Architecture, Construction and Design. From 2005 to 2019 he has been contracted professor of Design and Architectural Technology and from 2019 to 2022 he has been Senior Lecturer of Industrial Design at the Polytechnic of Bari. He has been Visiting Professor at the Polis University and Barleti University of Tirana.

Enkelejda Kucaj is environmental expert, professor, and researcher affiliated with the Department of Meteorology at the Institute of Geoscience, Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania. In her previous roles, she was Head of the Research Center of Sustainability and Environment and of the Environment Department at the Planning, Environment, and Urban Management Faculty. From November 2016 to March 2022, she was Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Environment at Polis University.

Ilaria Pigliautile, PhD, is Assistant Professor in Building Physics at the Engineering Department of the University of Perugia in Italy. Her research focuses on the intricate relationship between individuals and the built environment. Specifically, she explores theories of indoor comfort and investigates human responses to multi-domain stimuli, aiming to develop personalized comfort models that consider inter-individual differences for more sustainable, resilient, and comfortable buildings.

Haşim Altan, PhD, is Full Professor of Sustainable Design and Architectural Engineering in the College of Architecture and Design (COAD) at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University (PMU) in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. He began his academic caeer as Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Architecture at the University of Sheffield (UK) and then became a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (HEA). He is Chartered Architect (RIBA) and Chartered Engineer (CIBSE) with over 20 years of experience.

Shlagha Agarwal is Assistant Professor and Chair of the Fashion Design program at American University in the Emirates, Dubai. She has a distinguished record of publication in reputed peer-reviewed journals and books and has presented in several conferences. She is actively engaged in curating exhibitions of her students’ collections and has showcased her own creative work at reputed fashion events in Dubai. She excels at management and improvement of student learning through innovative teaching methods.

Antonio Labalestra is Associate Professor in the history of architecture. The research interests are mainly directed towards the discipline of the history of architecture during the years of the Fascist regime. This interest is primarily aimed at historical reconstruction of some of the most representative works of architectural production and directed both at the more specific aspects of the field and at those contexts in which the fields of applied arts and industrial production overlap.

Rim Meziani is Associate Professor in the Architecture and Design Department, College of Engineering at Abu Dhabi University. She holds a PhD in Urban Planning from Japan, in which she worked for 10 months as Post doctor fellow. She is the author of a book and many papers and is also a reviewer in reputable international journals and a member in different research laboratories, international research entities and bodies. She also organized several scientific events and chaired conference sessions.
