Biographical note

Richard T. Kelly is the author of Alan Clarke (1998), The Name of This Book is Dogme 95 (2000), and Sean Penn: His Life and Times (2004). His debut novel Crusaders is published by Faber in 2008. Andrew Rae, the illustrator, was art director on BBC3s Monkey Dust and has a weekly slot in the Guardian Guide.
