Biographical note
My name is Gareth P Jones. I am an award-winning author and performer. I have written over 45 books for children of all ages, ranging from picture books to older, stranger, and sometimes scarier novels. I also spend a lot of time visiting schools and festivals where I sing songs about my books.Big Cat for Little Wandle Fluency has been developed in collaboration with Wandle Learning Trust and Little Sutton Primary School. It consists of a range of chapter books with increasing word counts across 15 fluency levels aimed at children in Years 2-4. Each book builds reading confidence, stamina and speed and nurtures a love for reading.
Fluency 12 books have a word count of 6240 words with an expected reading rate of 130 words per minute.
