Biographical note

Nicola Edwards was raised by the seaside in beautiful Brighton. She loves reading, dancing, rhyming and turquoise things. She now lives with her husband and children in North London and spends her days writing and editing children's books. She has been nominated for the UKLA and Blue Peter Book awards and is a two-time Parenting Product Awards winner. Lindsey Sagar is a freelance illustrator based in the picturesque landscapes of Cornwall. Balancing the colourful chaos of life with her two-year-old twin boys, Lindsey's days are filled with imaginative adventures and creative bursts. Her studio is a haven of creativity, where pencils, paints, and digital tablets coexist in perfect harmony, allowing her to explore endless artistic possibilities. When not wielding a magic pencil or chasing after her twin explorers, Lindsey loves planning travel adventures and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of music festivals, drawing inspiration from the world around her to fuel her artistic journey.
