Andy Diggle is a former editor of 2000AD, he went on to write The Losers and Green Arrow for DC COmics, and has written many other major comics series. D'Israeli is one of the most admired artists in UK comics, a co-creator of Scarlet Traces, his work on Stickleback and Low Life for 2000AD has seen him reach greater and greater heights.
Justice Department has many divisions within it - Tek, Psi-Div, PSU - and for undercover operations there is Wally Squad.
