Bargemon (Var) ‘The pearl of the upper Var’, Bargemon is an ancient village situated high up in the mountains at an altitude of 480m offering splendid views over the village of Claviers. Dating back to the early 9th century, Bargemon was fortified in the Middle Ages and still retains vestiges of ancient watchtowers and city gates. On the Clock Tower Gate, the indentations for the original portcullis are still visible in the wall. The clock used to show the different phases of the moon as well as striking every hour. Its parts are now on display in the Camos Museum.

She has edited dozens of books including THE ARAB-ISRAELI COOKBOOK RECIPES for which she was awarded BEST INNOVATIVE COOKBOOK 2004 AND A SPECIAL JURY PRIZE FOR PEACE from Gourmand.
