Written by: Mark Powell is a business soft skills trainer and presentations coach based in Mallorca. In his 25-year career he has worked with a wide range of Fortune 500 companies and authored six different bestselling titles. Mark's books, including the intermediate and upper intermediate levels of Macmillan's highly successful In Company series (now in its third edition), are regularly in use at PepsiCo, Citibank, Yahoo, Daimler and Exxon Mobil, among many others. A dynamic and popular speaker on the international conference circuit, for the last 18 years Mark has also run accredited train-the-trainer courses for The London Chamber of Industry and Trinity College London, training more than 500 intercultural Business English professionals from 20 different countries. Mark’s work is as author of In company 3.0 (published by Macmillan, 2014) with Simon Clarke, John Allison, Edward de Chazal and Ed Pegg. John Allison has designed, sold and delivered professional English courses in France since 1980. After many years of squeezing in teaching between sales and management responsibilities, he is now happy to spend more time in the classroom as a teacher and teacher trainer. He takes a special interest in developing management and people skills.
