Dr. Douglas J. Fiore has spent the last 17 years in public education working as a teacher, a principal, and a university professor. He is the author of School Community Relations, Introduction to Educational Administration: Standards, Theories, and Practice, and Creating Connections for Better Schools: How Leaders Enhance School Culture. He is co-author with Dr. Todd Whitaker of Dealing with Difficult Parents (And with Parents in Difficult Situations).Doug also has written numerous articles and has been interviewed by several newspaper and magazine reporters covering educational issues throughout the United States.
