The girls can't wait to start having fun and get involved in all the exciting Brownie activities. And they're desperate to get some badges, too! It's Brownie Thinking Day - a day to remember Brownies all over the world - and the girls are thinking up ways to celebrate. It's soon decided that they'll find out about Brownies in Africa and Katie and her friends have the brilliant idea of making African arts and crafts for a bring-and-buy sale to raise money for an African school. But then Katie upsets her best friends by taking all the credit for the idea.
