Natasha Kuhrt lectures on the International Peace and Security Masterâs Programme at Kingâs College, London. She holds a doctorate in Russian foreign policy from University College, London and is the author of a chapter on Russian policy towards China and Japan under Putin to be published in a forthcoming volume on Russian foreign policy edited by Marie Mendras.
